I'Our Ministry Emphasizes
"You, however, continue in the things you have learned and become convinced of, knowing from whom you have learned them, and that from childhood you have known the sacred writings which are able to give you the wisdom that leads to salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work." II Timothy 3:16-17
"And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ." Ephesians 4:11-13
"With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints." Ephesians 6:18
"All the earth will worship You, And will sing praises to You; They will sing praises to Your
name." Psalm 66:4
"Come, let us worship and bow down, Let us kneel before the LORD our Maker." Psalm 95:6
"They were continually devoting themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts 2:42
"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:19, 20
TEACHING the word of God and EQUIPPING believers to serve. The Bible is our final authority on all issues. It shows us how to have a relationship with God, how to obey Him, and also how to mature as a Christian. We believe that all believers are given at least one spiritual gift. It is the responsibility of the Pastors and Shepherds of the Church to equip believers to discover their gifts and begin using them.
PRAYER is the awesome privilege of communicating with God. WORSHIP is any action, word, or thought that acknowledges God or brings glory to Him. When believers pray and/or worship separately and together, it unifies them, binding them to the Lord, to one another, and also to common needs inside and outside the Church.
FELLOWSHIP is experienced in a Church when it is like a family A family not only serves together, but also enjoys each other's friendship. By spending time with one another, members will strengthen their relationships with each other.
OUTREACH. We are commissioned by the Lord to reach out to others with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This can be done by serving those outside the Church as well as sharing the Gospel with them. Our first responsibility is to our surrounding community. In addition, we can partner with missionaries who are involved with outreach on a global basis.
